Delivery
We deliver orders worldwide.
Delivery time depends on the availability of the goods in the warehouse and the preferred method of shipment. Typically the order processing takes up to 2-3 days from receiving your payment.
On average it takes from 5 – 7 days for the packages to arrive to our customers worldwide.
Our base fee for worldwide delivery is 39 USD and the orders get delivered via DHL.
In case of countries located in South East Asia (Cambodia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, the Philippines) it takes 2 – 3 days to receive the packages and products are shipped via other logistic companies.
Please, consider that delays can happen due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but we try to deliver the orders as quickly as possible.

Tracking Number
The same day that your package is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. The email will include a designated website link where you can check the location of your package.
Please, note that there might be delays if you are located in a remote area and the package needs further shipment locally.
If you prefer to have your products shipped via a different method, please contact our customer service at cs@slmedibeauty.com and they will arrange the delivery for you.
