DELIVERY

We, SL Medical, try our best in order to assure the items get delivered to our customers safe and quick as possible. We have long experience in sending our items worldwide. We will try our best to provide the most convenient delivery method for our customers.
 
It normally takes 1-5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this duration excludes holidays and weekends. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.
 
If a shipping delay occurs, we will inform our customers about the issue within 24 hours.
 
SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY
 
Shipping cost is calculated by volume, weight and differs depending on the shipping method and destination country provided by the courier service.
 
 
Please Note:

  • Our service providers are mainly DHL, EMS, FedEx, UPS - Delivery to the U.S. on average is within 2~3 days by express couriers
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Korean national holidays.
  • Supporting documents concerning the products (HS code, MSDS and etc.) can be provided upon request

 

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

 Before placing an order, please check the rules and regulations of the customs service of your country.  If your package was suspended at the border, please contact your local customs office to pay the tax and get your package.

 If your package is delayed or not tracked because of the shipping company, our staff will do their best to facilitate its search.
