Please, see the following instructions to maximize the anesthetic effect: 

1. Apply a thick amount of the cream on the treatment area.

2. Cover the skin with the plastic wrap to help absorbing lidocaine into the skin. 

3. After 15-30 minutes remove the plastic wrap and the cream, as well. 

Leave the cream on the skin longer for better results. Don't remove the plastic wrap until you feel the numbing effect. 

4. As soon as you remove them, proceed with the treatment right away. 

Keep it in a storage at a temperature of -25 Celsius.
