REFUND

The shipping of the items back to SL Medical is at your own cost. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned items. The item must comply to the conditions specified above.

SL Medical will either initiate a refund based on the original method of payment or will request further information to process the refund via a different payment provider.
SL Medical reserves the right to approve, reject, partially approve refunds at its discretion. Lost return shipments will not be refunded.
